At Chloe The Label, everything is handmade by us! Unless you find an Item from our 'In Stock' section, they will be handmade and sent out within our current turnaround time which is around 2-3 weeks. You will find our turnaround time at the top of the Website.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Unfortunately everything is handmade to order. This means we do not offer refunds. If your order doesn't fit, please fill out our Contact Form to make us aware and we can alter it for you.

READY MADE & IN STOCK PIECES

For all of our 'Readymade' or 'In Stock' Pieces, we have an exchange policy in place allowing you a 7 day period from when you received your item to request a size exchange (or store credit).
